Terms of Service

This is the agreement between you and Chamet whenever you use chamet.chat. It is short on purpose and written without legal fog. By using Chamet you agree to it.

01 Who may join

Users must have turned 18 and be permitted under the laws where they live to use a chat service of this kind. Keep to one account for one person, and do not run it for somebody else or for a company.

02 Conduct on camera and in chat

The community guidelines carry the detail. The headline rules:

Nothing sexual, nude or unlawful on video, voice or text.
No bullying, threats, hate speech or harassment.
No ads, sales pitches, spam, outside links or requests for payment.
No recording or posting anyone without their plain agreement.
No automated accounts, scrapers, or attempts to crash or overload Chamet.

03 What you share

You answer for everything you show, say and send. It stays yours, and you allow Chamet to carry and store it where that is needed to run the service and look into reports.

04 Coins, VIP and bonus matches

Coins and VIP exist only inside chamet.chat. They carry no cash value, cannot be moved to another person and, where the law allows, are not refunded after use. They are separate from any balance, diamonds or credits you may hold in other apps, and nothing bought here can be converted into those. Free matches and Reward Center bonuses are extras we can tune or pause, and how much they give and how often can change.

05 Restrictions and closing an account

Accounts that break these terms can be warned, limited or closed, without notice where someone's safety is involved. You may close your own account any time by writing to [email protected]. Coins left in an account closed for rule-breaking are forfeited.

06 What we cannot promise

We put real effort into keeping Chamet online and friendly, yet we cannot guarantee non-stop availability or that every stranger will behave. The service is provided as it stands, with only the guarantees the law insists on. As far as the law permits, we are not responsible for other users' actions or for indirect losses.

07 When the terms change

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top marks the current version, and carrying on with Chamet after a revision counts as accepting it.
